Repeat purchases
Who reorders you on a rhythm, who is due, and who switched to someone else.

The headline
How many of your shoppers buy you on a rhythm, and how often. For example, "17 of your 25 shoppers buy Summit Pantry on a rhythm, about every 3 weeks." Below it are the repeat rate, the median gap between orders, how many shoppers are due soon, and how many are past their usual rhythm.
Where repeat shoppers are in their cycle
Every repeat shopper sits in one state:
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| On track | Their next order isn't due yet. |
| Due soon | Their usual gap is nearly up. |
| Due now | They would normally have reordered by now. |
| Overdue | They're well past their usual gap. |
| Switched | They stopped reordering you and bought a competitor's version. |
| Lapsed | They stopped reordering, and we don't see a replacement. |
Any state with fewer than three shoppers is left out of the bar and shown as a hatched sliver, so nobody can be picked out.
Products, rhythm and switching
Top repeat products shows which of your products drive reorders, with the typical cycle and how many shoppers are on schedule. How often they reorder shows the spread of gaps between orders. Who they switched to names the competitors that took your repeat shoppers, in groups of three or more.
Tip
Shoppers see their own routines on their side too, and can mark one as "not a habit." When they do, it leaves your counts.
