Do you get data from Amazon or other retailers directly?
No. Shoppers connect their own accounts and choose what to share. Retailers aren't involved.
Why do some numbers say "fewer than 3"?
Any group smaller than three shoppers is left out so nobody can be picked out. As more shoppers connect, more of those groups fill in.
How fresh is the data?
Each shopper's read is a snapshot from when they connected. Shoppers get a refresh link to read their orders again, and the CLI and agent tools say which date your numbers are as of.
Can I contact a shopper?
No. You see counts, not people.
Which stores are supported?
Amazon today, plus bank and card purchases through Plaid. Target and Walmart are next.
Can I export my numbers?
Yes. Export clean JSON in the console downloads your numbers with hidden and sensitive data already removed. Agents and the CLI can return JSON too.
